New books in the Library
The latest crop of new books has been added to the library. As usual, you just need to click on the title to be taken to the library catalogue. If a book is showing as being in Processing, then you can place a hold on it and you’ll be notified when it’s available for you to pick up. Happy reading!

New issue of Impact available now!
The latest issue of the Library newsletter, Impact, is now available. You can pick up a copy from the Library, or you can read the online pdf version on the Library website.

Science Museum Library extended opening hours
From May 2009 the Science Museum Library (SML) on Level 3 of the Central Library will be extending its opening hours to include evening and weekend opening. The hours will be:
- Monday to Friday: 09.30 to 20.30
- Saturday: 10.00 to 18.00
The STS Desk (for SML enquiries) will continue to be staffed Monday to Friday 10.00 to 17.00.
