To vote, please go to the library home page and then select your answer on the right hand side.

E-book of the month: Succeeding with your Master’s dissertation

by Debbie

This month’s featured e-book is Succeeding with your Master’s dissertation (2011, 2nd ed.) by John Biggam.

This new edition for 2011 offers straightforward guidance to help Master’s students to clarify their objectives and structure their work in order to produce a successful dissertation.

Using case examples of both good and bad student practice, the handbook takes students through each step of the dissertation process, from their initial research proposal to the final submission. The author uses clear illustrations of what students need to do, or not do, to reach their potential, helping them to avoid the most common pitfalls.

You can access the book by clicking on the cover image above, or you can see the catalogue record here for more details.
